Shipping Policy

All MilesKay UK orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment partner (Amazon MCF) and delivered by trusted UK carriers.
Rates
- Standard UK Shipping — £4.00 (2–4 working days).
- Free UK Shipping on all orders over £20.
Where we ship
We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. If you would like us to ship internationally, please contact us.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1pm GMT on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Delivery issues
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email admin@mileskay.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.
