30-Day Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Eligibility

• Return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be returned in re-saleable condition — unopened tablet packs, sealed foil, and all original packaging intact.
• Partially used consumables can be returned if a manufacturing fault is reported (photos may be requested).
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to start a return

1. Email admin@mileskay.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 1 business day with a return address and instructions.
3. Post the item back to us using a tracked service (we recommend Royal Mail Tracked 48).

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected (usually within 3 business days), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds normally appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover the return cost.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at admin@mileskay.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping — no return required in most cases.

Non-returnable items

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.
• Gift cards.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the standard return process above applies.

UK consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
